💭My thoughts:
I loved reading “Remember me” by KJ Pointer and was absolutely invested in Lotties and Jakes story 😍
The contrast between the introverted FMC and the very confident hockey star was done well. I also appreciated the fact that Jake never gave up on Lottie even when both of their worlds fell apart. He always showed up for her.

This book deals with a lot! It is an emotional rollercoaster dealing with the loss of parents, lots of grief and even panic attacks. So be aware of all of those things in case they might be triggering for you.
.
The writing was easy to get into, the chapters had the perfect length and it was quickly paced. I really flew through this. If you love a good and emotional sports romance between childhood best friends, the you should definitely give “Remember me” a try 🥰

Hello bookstagram and happy new year! 🥳 Today I finished my first book of the year and let me say this I didn’t manage to find out who the real murderer was until it all made sense. So I’m still under shock about this information 😂 Which also means that the athor managed to get me hooked until the very end. Book 2 has already been ordered at my favorite bookstore so can’t wait to read what’s next in Castle Knoll 🤭

Thanks to my secret santa at work for this great pick! This book really managed to keep me entertained during these past few days of festive season.

This was a great summer read. Caleb and Marnie have really good chemistry and I was rooting so much for a happy ending because how can you not? They were so cute together! I Getting both of their perspectives through the dual POV made the whole story feel so much deeper and sweeter.
If you want a beach read then give “On Island Time” a try! 🥰

I haven’t read the first one in this series and I had no trouble at all to follow the story. Both books I’m reviewing in this series can be read as standalones.
“Tangled in Jasmine” delivers all the feelings and definitely had me hooked from the beginning. 😍
.
It is full of emotional tension and of course a messy history between our main characters. As the story is written in dual POV you will get to experience the heartbreak and their feelings even more.
.
I felt like I was part of the tour and secretly fell like a fangirl especially over the love story.
This was for sure nearly impossible to put down. 🤭
.
📚Amber eyes and alibis review:

The third book was even more of a rollercoaster. “Amber Eyes and Alibis” dives into trauma and the love between Jasmine, who was once a fangirl, and the rockstar Jonathan. In my opinion there was a lot of soulmate energy out there and their chemistry felt so real. This story really showed whether or not our main characters were meant for each other. Be ready for the spice 😜🤭

💭Comme prévu, ce livre est devenu un vrai coup de cœur ❤️
Je ne savais pas que c’était la suite d’un autre livre de l’autrice, mais pour être honnête, je n’ai pas eu de difficulté à suivre l’histoire, puisqu’il met en avant un autre personnage principal.

J’ai beaucoup aimé les différents points de vue, ainsi que les timelines alternatives. Cette histoire est vraiment émouvante, entre les hauts et les bas que traversent Liz et les autres personnages de « Ce que les étoiles doivent à la nuit ».

Je ne voulais même pas que cette belle histoire s’arrête, tant j’ai aimé découvrir le parcours de Liz et la voir évoluer ✨

Dommage que je n’aie pas pu goûter ce qu’elle a préparé tout au long de l’histoire 😜

Today I’m back with a bookish review as you can see above 🥰 I had lots of fun reading this book and really enjoyed my time.

A Taste of Limoncello was such an addictive read. It’s told in dual POV and tells us how Ava and Dax really feel, especially about each other 😜

This story strikes a nice balance between sweet and spicy and you can really feel the tension between our two MCs. As the story was partially set in Italy, the author also managed to make the whole reading experience feel like an escape from reality.

If you’re looking for something that’s sweet and spicy at the same time I can only recommend reading « A taste of Limoncello » 🍋

Today is my stop in the “Hatchet Girls” Blog Tour and I’ve already posted on my blog (link in bio)

I’ve really enjoyed this book and because I’ve been obsessed with the Lizzie Borden Files, it’s no surprise that I liked the setting of this book.
.
Synopsis:

For fans of Kara Thomas and Courtney Summers comes a supernatural horror that reminds us family can be our saving grace–or our biggest curse. Set one-hundred years after the Borden murders, this propulsive thriller imagines what a similar trial might look like today.

When the parents of the richest family in Fall River are found murdered by axe, the town is quick to blame newcomer Vik. It doesn’t help that he was caught standing over the bodies with blood on his hands and can’t remember anything about the night in question.
