Today I’m back with a tag for you. I discovered this one a few weeks ago on Sahis blog.

And now without further ado, let’s answer these questions!

Jude: A character who would probably kill you in your sleep

Oh my, this is a though question. I think that there would be a lot of characters that would like to kill me in your sleep. I’d say however Amren from the ACOTAR series by Sarah J.Maas.

Cardan: a character who seems like a bad guy but is ultimately more complex than you thought

The only character that I can think of is Dara from the Fever King by Victoria Lee.

Locke: a character (or plot twist) that made you want to throw the book

There are a lot of books that I wanted to throw. Especially ones written by V.E. Schwab because they always break my heart. Therefore Kate Harker from the Monsters of Verity series is one of the characters that made me want to throw the book.

Taryn: a character who deceived you

Like the prompt is saying Taryn from The Cruel Prince but there are others as well. For example one of the characters from A Court of Thorns and Roses. I can’t mention the name because it will spoil the rest of the series but those of you that’ve read the books know who I mean!

Vivi: a book that was significantly different from the others in its series

I have to skip this one because no book comes to my mind right now!

Valerian: a character who just needs to die (or, you know, stabbed)

Again the same character from A Court of Thorns and Roses that I can’t name because it would spoil everything.

Oak: a smol character that you would protect at all costs

He’s not a child but I’d protect Darrow from the Red Rising Saga by Pierce Brown at all costs! Don’t you dare touch him!

The Cruel Prince: a book that surprised you with a twist

There are a lot of books that surprised me with twists. So many that I can’t even think of one. The first that comes to my mind is maybe Legend by Marie Lu?

The Wicked King: a book you thought was better than the first in the series

Definitely the second book in the ACOTAR trilogy. A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J.Maas!

The Queen of Nothing: a book you’re excited about but know absolutely nothing about

The Language of Fire by Stephanie Hemphill. I know nothing, only that it is a Joan of Arc retelling. But that’s all.
